The Benefits of Resistance Training

The punchline: exercise should be a combination of both resistance training (RT) and aerobic training (AT), aka cardio (just don’t wear yourself out doing cardio all the time!)

If you aren't incorporating strength/resistance training into your routine, give it a try. It's not only physically beneficial, but what I have found with my clients is that it’s a confidence builder, and who doesn’t want that?!
